Supporting Our Future Leaders: Alliance Media Kenya’s Visit to Victor’s Children’s Home

As Africa’s largest out-of-home (OOH) media company, Alliance Media is dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where we operate. Our recent CSR initiative in Kenya focused on supporting Victor’s Children Home, a rescue centre that provides care, education, and shelter to children in need. This effort highlights our commitment to nurturing the future leaders of Kenya, Africa, and the world.

Victor’s Children Home plays a critical role in giving children a second chance at life. These institutions are essential as they protect, educate, and nurture the children who will grow up to become the future leaders of our society. It is our collective responsibility to support these homes, as it truly takes a village to raise a child.

Originally scheduled for 26th April, our visit to Victor’s Children Home faced unexpected challenges due to heavy rains in Kenya. The severe weather caused significant mud and road closures, delaying our event. However, our team’s purpose was bigger than the obstacles we faced. Determined to make a difference, the event successfully took place in June.

On that day, the Alliance Media Kenya team spent time at Victor’s Children Home, bringing essential items such as books, dry foods, and clothing. Our goal was not only to meet their immediate needs but also to show our ongoing support and commitment to their mission.

The visit was a heartwarming experience for all team members involved. Naomi Abunga, one of our Media Sales Executives and the Project Team Lead, expressed her thoughts: “My only comment is we do not have to drop this home with only one visit. We should make it our duty to support them regularly.”

Alliance Media Kenya’s visit to Victor’s Children Home is part of our broader commitment to corporate social responsibility. By supporting these vital institutions, we are investing in the future of our children, our country, and our continent. We look forward to continuing our support and making a lasting difference in the lives of these young ones.
